Returns & Handling

Quality is our highest priority.  If you're not happy with the quality of your product, let us know. Here’s how we can help:

  • Footsis will issue a refund for manufacturer defects if the product is returned within the 30 days year warranty period.  Footsis does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear.
  • We will accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging up to 30 days from date of purchase. The refunded amount will be the cost of the products only. Shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  • Please contact customer service at support@footsis.com or 1-877-486-3769 to receive a return authorization form prior to sending in your return.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported to Footsis within 5 days of receiving.  Please contact us with the invoice number and item descriptions.  The original shipping packaging should be kept until the discrepancy has been resolved.

  • We only accept returns and are not able to accept exchanges.
